Our Lettings and Management service covers a wide but flexible range of service. We offer 3 service levels, which are briefly outlined below. We do however, understand that all of our clients have individual needs, and we do strive, where possible, to tailor our services to our client:
Level 1 - Finders Fee
Our entry level service for Landlords wishing to undertake full day-to-day administration and management of the Tenancy process, and who require us to find just the right type of Tenant for their property, as well as to set up the Tenancy to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Level 2 - Collection of Rent
An intermediate service level for Landlords wishing to undertake full day-to-day administration and management of the Tenancy, but whso require Enviro Estates to set up the tenancy and to collect and distribute the rental monies.
Level 3 - Full Management
Our comprehensive management service is specifically geared to Landlords requiring worry-free letting of the property and wanting a Property Management Specialist in complete charge of the entire Tenancy |
