- Office Buildings, Industrial/ Warehouse: Minimum 100,000 sq. ft.
- Retail: Downtown and ‘neighborhood’ retail space in major metropolitan areas
- Apartment Complexes: Upwards of 100 units
- Wholesale 80 units or less residential in Manchester Central, South of Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London with a 20% BMV with 10% downpayment
- Forward funding schemes 12 or so months from completion 150+ units residential in Manchester Central or South of Manchester
- Student Accomodation 200+ units completed or off plan near Russell Group of Universities but NOT Liverpool
