We sell development sites both with and without planning consent to our close network of Hong Kong and Chinese clients with proven track record of acquiring development sites within the UK. Unlike other players in the market, we will not and do not need to market your land or development opporunitity publically and/or to UK or US buyers which other agents have a strong footfall in. We can offer an exclusivity and compelete off market discretion and secrecy.

Aside from our verified network of Mainland Chinese buyers, we have built up personal relationships with Presidents and CEOs of leading Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese investment firms with strong interest in UK land and development projects

Exclusivity

We will only consider opportunities that have not been released to the market or have yet to be offered to other clients. This is because we appreciate that if a project has been offered out previously and has not been acquired our clients will also consider the same

Direct

We will generally only consider opportunities that are direct with the beneficial owners of the land or development site. This is because we believe and appreciate that the greater the number of parties, the less likely we will be able to accurately deliver a valuable service to our clients

  • PD schemes (Office to Resi) in Manchester Central, South of Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London with a 30% min ROI on costs
  • Land with or without planning in Manchester Central (Max. £20k per unit with planning), South of Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London with a 30% min ROI on costs


Commercial Opportunities
  • 3 + Star Hotels Income producing with added growth
  • Freehold land at max 30YP
  • Office Buildings, Industrial/ Warehouse: Minimum 100,000 sq. ft.
  • Retail: Downtown and ‘neighborhood’ retail space in major metropolitan areas
  • Apartment Complexes: Upwards of 100 units


Wholesale Projects
  • Wholesale 80 units or less residential in Manchester Central, South of Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London with a 20% BMV with 10% downpayment
  • Forward funding schemes 12 or so months from completion 150+ units residential in Manchester Central or South of Manchester
  • Student Accomodation 200+ units completed or off plan near Russell Group of Universities but NOT Liverpool
