We serve landlords with rental properties across Central and Greater London providing a comprehensive lettings service from find a tenant to full lettings management. We predominantly focus on Central London areas, around Canary Wharf and nearby the top Universities of London where we have a strong existing network of tenants mainly student and professionals. We specialise in serving landlords living overseas who have rental properties in London with a large existing landlord client base across Mainland China and Hong Kong.

International Landlords

As a registered company with HMRC's non-resident landlord scheme, we specialise in serving non-resident landlords who have single or multiple rental properties across Manchester and London, with a large number of our clients resident in Hong Kong or Mainland China.

We offer our non-resident landlords the choice of receiving rent in either GBP or their local currency, furthermore we keep on top of live exchange rates and using a trusted FX service ensure you receive the best possible exchange rate when paying your rent.

Our lettings department are very knowledge and experienced on assisting non-resident landlords, through our trusted accountancy partner, with their UK tax obligations and submissions.
