International Landlords

As a registered company with HMRC's non-resident landlord scheme, we specialise in serving non-resident landlords who have single or multiple rental properties across Manchester, Liverpool or London, with a large number of our clients resident in Hong Kong or Mainland China.

We offer our non-resident landlords the choice of receiving rent in either GBP or their local currency, furthermore we keep on top of live exchange rates and using a trusted FX service ensure you receive the best possible exchange rate when paying your rent.

Our lettings department are very knowledge and experienced on assisting non-resident landlords, through our trusted accountancy partner, with their UK tax obligations and submissions.
